Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sole Engineer for a 25m+ Private SY with at least 3-5 years' experience in the industry.
We are seeking a highly organized, hardworking and efficient candidate who loves sailing, with strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

This role would best suit a candidate who would like to join a dual season SY with a well-planned itinerary, a great owner and a lovely Captain and crew onboard.
There is 4 crew onboard.
Must be able to stand a watch and be comfortable with deck work as well as engineering duties.

Requirements for application:
- 3-5 years' experience in yachting industry with an engineering background and with sailing experience, the sailing aspect is important.
- Must be able to stand a sailing watch.
- Skilled in reefing and handling foiling sails.
- Comfortable with deck work as well as engineering duties.
- Good verifiable references.
Salary: 8,000 Euros
