Summary
Burgess Recruitment is currently seeking a 2nd Officer for a 70m+ yacht.
This position is ideal a motivated, safety-conscious candidate with a strong background in deck operations, as well as solid Bosun experience.
Requirements & Responsibilities
· OOW
· Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
· Strong work ethic and ability to perform well under pressure.
· Assist in the management of the deck department and supervise deckhands.
· Support the captain and senior officers in navigational duties.
· Ensure the safety and smooth operation of the vessel.
· Manage all aspects of deck operations while ensuring the highest level of service to guests.
· B1/B2 visa
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Barcelona
Salary: EUR 6500
Leave: 60 Days
Vessel and itinerary –Worldwide itinerary- Caribbean winter followed by Norway and the Med. Private vessel. Currently in the shipyard until mid November.
