Summary
We are seeking an exceptional Rotational Sole Chef to join a professionally managed 40m+ private motor yacht. The position requires a highly skilled culinary professional who can work independently in a compact galley, delivering outstanding cuisine with an emphasis on freshness, quality and creativity. The yacht is family-oriented, with welcoming owners and a strong, cohesive crew culture.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Sole Chef on yachts of similar size.
- Proven track record of high-end culinary experience (fine dining, luxury hospitality, or Michelin background preferred).
- Ability to work independently in a small galley while maintaining exceptional output.
- Strong organisational and provisioning skills.
- Professional, positive and adaptable with excellent communication skills.
