Summary
Reiya Group is seeking a skilled Sole Engineer to join a 40m private Med based yacht.
This is an excellent opportunity to step into a full-time rotational role on a well-maintained vessel that’s part of a larger fleet. The position offers hands-on engineering responsibility, exposure across departments, and genuine potential for long-term growth within a dynamic and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all engineering operations and maintenance onboard.
- Manage planned and preventative maintenance systems.
- Operate and maintain CAT engines and onboard systems.
- Assist with crane and tender launching operations.
- Support other departments as needed in a team-focused environment.
- Uphold safety, environmental, and operational standards.
Requirements:
- Y4 CoC (preferred) or AEC 2 with solid engineering experience on 30m+ yachts.
- Crane and tender launching experience highly advantageous.
- Hands-on, flexible, and proactive approach.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
