Location: Based in South Florida with plans to cruise the Caribbean

Salary: $8,000 to $11,000/month (DOE) 1099
A 108' Westport with new ownership is seeking an experienced Captain. The program will be primarily private with the potential for light charter. Owners want to enjoy their boat first, before transitioning to charter. When private it will run with 3 crew (Captain, First Mate and Deckhand). The yacht is currently U.S.-flagged but with plans to change to Jamaican flag.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as Captain on yachts of similar size
- Background in managing both private and charter operationsEngineering skills are a plus
- Spanish speaking is also a plus
- Open to Captain / 1st Mate couples
