A 90 ft U.S.-flagged motor yacht is seeking a talented Chef to join their team of 5 crew. The yacht runs both private and charter, accommodating up to 10 guests, with an average of 11 trips per season (a mix of owner use and charter).
Itinerary:
- Summer: U.S. Northeast
- Winter: Caribbean
The Ideal Candidate:
- Culinary degree or formal training required
- Confident working in a small galley environment
- Experienced in a wide variety of international cuisines
- Strong organizational skills; clean and efficient working style
- Knowledge of accounts and budgeting
- Team-oriented and adaptable
