Vessel: 40m US-Flagged M/Y (Mainly Private but open for Charter)

Requirements:
- Minimum 100-ton license
- US Passport
- Confident driving 40/50ft tenders
- 4/5 years yachting experience (Mate/Deck Officer roles preferred)
- Knowledge of the Bahamas
- Strong leadership skills with an interest in developing crew management and drive time
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check

Program:
- Primarily private use with only a few trips per year - Great for a candidate with a base in FLL

Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: $90,000 $100,000 DOE
- Full medical, dental, and vision
- 38 days PTO
- $2,000 annual personal flight allowance
