Requirements:
We are seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess to join a 38m private sailing yacht used exclusively for family cruising. This is a non-smoking, non-vaping vessel with high standards and a strong focus on longevity and discretion.
Key Requirements:
- Female candidates only (due to cabin arrangements)
- Minimum 1 full season as Chief or Sole Stewardess on a similar-sized or larger yacht
- Must be a non-smoker and non-vaper
- Preferably located within Europe (UK, Eastern Europe, etc.)
- Strong emphasis on discretion, maturity, and commitment
About the Vessel:
- 3 guest cabins
- No sailing experience required
- Relaxed, family-focused atmosphere
- Private use only – no charters
We are looking for someone with impeccable service standards, a keen eye for detail, and the desire to become a long-term part of this tight-knit team.
Total crew: 5
Total guests: 4 (normal usage) - up to 6 max.
Other: Female due to cabin arrangement (Shared with Female Chef)
Salary: €4500 DOE ( negotiable)
Package: 3.17 days per month (38 days per year) + Crew medical insurance
