The Role
We’re hiring two Delivery Crew Watch Leaders to join a 41m SY for a Greece–Palma delivery. You’ll stand bridge/deck watches, contribute to passage planning, and assist with sail handling, mooring, and safety procedures. Total crew onboard: 6.
Requirements (must have)
- ENG1 medical
- STCW Basic Safety
- Seaman’s Book or be EU citizen
- Yachtmaster (Sail) (RYA/MCA)
- Solid watchkeeping experience and confidence with night watches & COLREGs
- Availability from 6 September for 7–10 days
