- Winter 2025/26: Mallorca refit
- Summer 2026: Med & UK regattas, Scotland cruising
- Winter 2026/27: Caribbean regattas & cruising
Requirements:
- STCW10, ENG1 (Medical Fitness Certificate)
- AEC1 preferred but not essential — strong engineering experience required
- Solid sailing and racing background on performance yachts
- Strong skills in hydraulics, electronics, and troubleshooting
- Fluent English
- Non-smoker
- Male candidates only due to cabin arrangements
Duties:
The Chief Engineer will be responsible for all aspects of engineering onboard while also actively participating in sailing and racing operations. The role requires a proactive problem-solver with a hands-on attitude, able to adapt quickly and contribute to the wider team.
Programme & Lifestyle:
This SY is privately used racing yacht with an established regatta programme. The owner and family enjoy a calm, low-key environment — this position would suit a hardworking professional rather than a “party animal.”
