Summary
Seeking an experienced, active/fit, Bosun (minimum of a YM offshore) that holds a Dive Master or Instructor ticket. Busy 50m charter/private vessel.
Vessel has 5 booked charters between November and early January 2026.
Amazing, active, happy crew with two fantastic Captains that rotate. Exceptional US owners.
- Someone with no ego and is a true a team player.
- Looking for commitment to the program long term.
- Prior experience as a Bosun on either a busy private or charter program.
- Must be able to comfortably/confidently drive a 42ft tender.
- Solid experience with water toys as the vessel has loads of fun toys and equipment.
- Excellent references, solid longevity.
-Non smoker/non vaper, with healthy habits.
B1/B2 visa or US Passport/Green card, ENG1, STCW, Dive master or Instructor ticket. Yacht Master offshore
(someone with modules towards OOW would be great).
Start: August 28th or sooner
Salary: $ 5000-5250- DOE
Standard MLC contract- 38-42 days leave per year, 1 R/T flight, medical
