Summary

HMG is seeking an experienced Chief Stew to join this 55m Motor Yacht operating on the West Coast USA/South America.

Captain is seeking a very competent, low drama, hard working Chief Stew to lead the interior team of 4.

Light charter usage (6-8 weeks per year) and moderate Owner usage. Proficient in all aspects of the interior with very good leadership abilities. Very good experience with accounts and inventory also required.

Shared cabin with 60 days leave.

Great itinerary and great Captain and crew, with an off the beaten path cruising itinerary.

You should have:

1. Charter experience
2. Very good, verifiable references.
3. Good prior longevity in similar roles.
4. Happy and hard working attitude.
5. A team player mentality.
6. Experience with training junior stews
7. Hands-on work ethic.

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)
• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)

Food & Hygiene Qualifications

• Food Hygiene (HABC Level 2)
