·        $6000 US - $8000 US DOE / month + flights

A private 35m expedition vessel MY is in need of a temp engineer for the month of October in PNG.

Relieving the permanent engineer, the vessel has been well looked after and is unlikely to have any technical issues that arise over that period.

The captain will offer a lot of support to the relieving engineer.

The ideal candidate will be located within the Australasia region and can offer a firm commitment for the month of October.

Must be able to help out across departments and can fit into the active environment onboard (water sports, tenders ect)

Time as a deck/engineer, sole engineer or 2^nd engineer is essential, rate will reflect experience 

Essential Qualifications

Engineering Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• MCA Approved Engine Course (AEC 1 & 2) Certificate
