Sales Support- Superyacht Company- Northern Beaches (Sydney)

Position Snapshot
Salary: $70,000–$80,000, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Follow up on quotes issued by the sales team
- Maintain accurate client and policy information in internal systems and spreadsheets
- Draft and prepare standard correspondence, including cover letters, follow-up emails, and confirmations
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Interest in or basic understanding of the yachting industry (training will be provided)
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong ability to follow established procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with Mailchimp
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Team-oriented with effective communication skills across departments
