Position: rotational, 2:2
Start date: End of September into October
Busy private program. Currently cruising the east coast and heading south. Winter itinerary, Bahamas/Caribbean
Minimum 5yrs in a head Chef role on similar sized vessel. Remote provisioning experience. All certifications up to date including a culinary qualification and chefs cooks certification. Please do not apply if you do not meet the requirements mentioned.
Owners love to entertain and enjoy a wide range of cuisines. A nice opportunity for chef to express their creativity.
Male due to cabin arrangements, permanent sous chef onboard to assist as needed.
