We are currently seeking a qualified and enthusiastic female Deck/Stewardess to join a 24m private sailing yacht with an exciting and varied itinerary.
About the role:
This beautiful 24m Swan sailing yacht is scheduled to enter the shipyard in Badalona in mid-August. The yacht will undergo a transformation from cruising to racing mode. After approximately six weeks, she will be delivered to the Canary Islands around mid-October. From there, she will cross the Atlantic as part of the ARC race.
We are looking for someone who can join the project immediately in August—either to assist with the delivery or to join once in the Caribbean. If it's the right fit, there is potential for a permanent onboard position
Position Details:
- Role: Deck/Stewardess (30% Deck / 70% Interior)
- Start Date: December 2025
- Location: CAR ( St Lucia)
- Itinerary: Caribbean and Newport (Winter 2025/26), returning to the Mediterranean in July 2026
- Salary: €3,500 - €4,000/month (depending on experience)
Minimum Requirements:
- STCW
- ENG1
- Food Hygiene Level 2
- RYA Day Skipper (Sail)
- Valid B1/B2 Visa
- YM will be a plus
Role & Responsibilities:
This is a dual-role position ideal for someone with a strong sailing background and a genuine passion for life at sea. The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Assist with sailing operations and general deck responsibilities
- Maintain interior standards and guest service
- Work proactively in a small, hands-on team environment
- Adapt easily to a mixed private/occasional charter program
