A prestigious Middle Eastern UHNW family is seeking an exceptional Household/Property Manager to
oversee the smooth running of three luxury apartments within a private high-end residential block
in Knightsbridge, London. The role involves year-round management of the properties, ensuring they
are maintained to impeccable standards in collaboration with contractors, the concierge team, and
representatives from the family’s private office.
The family resides primarily in the Middle East but travel to London several times a year - during these
periods, the role becomes full-time and highly hands-on, but the rest of the year, the role is part-time
(a few days per week) to maintain oversight and readiness of the residences. Flexibility will however
be required to travel to Oman from time to time, so it’s essential that the successful candidate is
willing and able to travel internationally as part of the role.
DUTIES TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
• Manage the day-to-day operations of three luxury apartments in Knightsbridge
• Liaise closely with contractors, concierge staff, and the private office to ensure properties are
maintained at the highest standard
• Prepare residences for family arrivals, including stocking, staffing coordination, and last-
minute requests
• Provide discreet, anticipatory service during family stays, accommodating a variety of guests
including children and extended family
• Oversee any maintenance, refurbishment, or project management tasks as required
• Ensure the household runs smoothly with a focus on excellence in hospitality and service
• Maintain detailed inventories and household records
• Occasionally travel internationally with the family if needed
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Extensive experience working for UHNW families, royalty, or high-profile individuals
• Strong background in luxury household management, hospitality, and project coordination
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to remain calm under pressure
• Flexible and committed to providing high-level support on a dynamic schedule
• Polished and professional demeanour
• Brilliant communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• London based
• Experience working with or alongside family offices is an advantage
• Discretion, loyalty, and impeccable standards of professionalism
• Valid passport and willingness to travel internationally from time to time
