The Candidate Specification
We are seeking a Pastry Chef for a temporary position onboard a 100M+ private yacht currently cruising the Mediterranean. This role requires someone with pastry skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment. You'll be responsible for delivering consistently outstanding pastries, desserts, and baked goods for both guests and crew, working closely with the Head Chef and Galley team. Ideal for someone immediately available and looking for a well-run galley to be a part of for the summer.
- Required experience: Previous experience as a Pastry Chef on 70M+ yachts or in luxury hospitality environments, must be confident producing a wide variety of refined pastries, plated desserts, and breads to a very high standard.
- Qualification: STCW, ENG1, and relevant culinary certifications
- Required Visa: Schengen Visa (If applicable)
