The Candidate Specification
We are looking for a stewardess with a minimum of one year's experience to join a beautifully built 65M+ private yacht as part of a supportive and professional interior team. Candidates with limited service experience will still be considered if they have a strong hospitality background and confidence in guest-facing duties. A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to take initiative in a high-standard environment will be key.
The role will involve rotating between housekeeping and service duties, and you will be expected to uphold exceptional standards across both departments. From maintaining immaculate guest and crew areas to delivering seamless guest service during busy periods, this is a varied and hands-on position. You'll be joining a new build vessel with high expectations and strong leadership, so someone with a positive energy, team spirit, and a willingness to learn and contribute will thrive here.
