The Candidate Specification
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Purser to join a 95M+ private yacht on a rotational basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all administrative and financial operations on board, including accounting, crew logistics, provisioning, and guest coordination. You must be confident working independently, capable of managing large volumes of data, and liaising effectively with all departments.
The position requires a high level of discretion, organisation, and excellent interpersonal skills to maintain smooth communication between crew and management. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional and established program with a supportive and dynamic team.
- Required experience: Must have prior experience as a Purser on 80M+ yachts. Strong background in financial administration, crew logistics, provisioning, and guest services. Familiarity with yacht accounting systems and procedures is essential.
- Qualification:STCW, ENG1, and relevant Purser/administrative certifications preferred.
