Summary
We are currently seeking a Rotational Chief Stewardess for a 50m Private/Charter Motor Yacht.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the interior operations of the yacht, ensuring the highest level of service while managing the stewardess team. The Chief Stewardess will play a pivotal role in maintaining the yacht's impeccable standards and delivering exceptional guest experiences. The position is preferably based in Europe, providing an exciting opportunity to work in beautiful and diverse locations.
Please Note: The holidays accumulated will be given during the winter period.
Candidate requirements:
- Proven experience in a Chief Stewardess role on a motor yacht of 46m - 55m.
- Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate the stewardess team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to create and maintain a welcoming and luxurious environment for guests.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Valid STCW certification and additional relevant training certifications.
- Food hygiene Lvl2.
Package:
- Salary: €6,500 pcm
