Summary
We are currently seeking a Permanent Chief Officer to join a 50m+ Single Season Charter Motor Yacht.
This role involves overseeing the safe and efficient operation of the vessel during the single charter season, ensuring all onboard safety protocols are adhered to, and providing exceptional service to guests. The successful candidate will be deeply involved in navigation, safety management, and team leadership, acting as a pivotal figure in maintaining the high standards of the yacht. The position offers the opportunity to work aboard an impressive vessel in the stunning European waters, delivering an exclusive experience for clients. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent problem-solving skills, and a thorough understanding of yacht operations and safety regulations specific to a 56m-60m motor yacht.
Candidate requirements:
- Previous experience as a Chief Officer or First Mate on motor yachts, preferably within the 50m-60m size range.
- Experience in operating a single-season private/charter vessel in European waters.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse crew team effectively.
- Exceptional knowledge of safety procedures, navigation, and maintenance protocols.
- Excellent communication skills, with a professional attitude and discretion.
- Full ISM knowledge.
- Valid STCW and ENG1.
- OOW 3000GT in hand.

- Salary: €6,500 - 7,000 pcm
