Summary
We are searching for an American Chef/Stew to join a private 37m American Flagged vessel in the United States.
*Please only apply if you hold an American Passport or Green card, not a B1B2 visa*
The ideal candidate will have 1 season of experience as stewardess, with laundry and housekeeping, as you will assist the other stewardess with cabins and keeping laundry on the go.
They will also be able to provide simple meals for guests. Mainly breakfast each morning consisting of eggs, bacon, yogurt parfaits etc. They will eat the occasional lunch/dinner onboard, but mostly off of the boat. These are simple, family meals with a casual service.
The candidate will also be providing lunch and dinner for 5 crew.
The motoryacht is based in Fort Lauderdale, with approximately 1-2 weekend trips per month around Southern Florida, and the occasional week long trip to the Bahamas.
The chef/stew will join the vessel in the coming week, to get settled in and familiar onboard before the next guest trip at the end of July.
