Summary
We are seeking a Second Stewardess to join a fantastic +35m dual-season private/charter yacht.
This is a permanent role on a primarily private vessel that charters just a few weeks each year. The yacht runs with a close-knit crew of 7 and promotes a fun, active, and family-oriented atmosphere with a strong focus on wellness and a positive team culture.
The ideal candidate will have 1–2 seasons of experience, a friendly and approachable personality, and a genuine love for children, as the owner often travels with his family. A passion for the ocean, enthusiasm for water sports, and a collaborative spirit are key. You should be eager to learn, confident in guest-facing situations, and have a strong eye for detail when it comes to service and housekeeping.
Previous experience on similar-sized yachts is preferred. Familiarity with Mediterranean cruising and Spanish language skills would be a bonus.
This is a wonderful opportunity for a junior stew looking to grow within a supportive program and gain valuable experience under a knowledgeable Chief Stewardess.
Salary: DOE + attractive bonus package
