The Candidate Specification
We are looking for a Galley Hand to join a 100M+ private yacht for an upcoming charter from 20th to 27th July, with the possibility of staying onboard until 13th August for a subsequent two-week charter.
This is primarily a cleaning-based position within the galley. You’ll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the galley and may occasionally assist with light food prep, such as peeling vegetables or other simple tasks under direction from the chefs.
You must be proactive, hard-working, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Previous galley or hospitality experience is a bonus but not essential.
