The Candidate Specification
We are looking for a strong and capable Senior Deckhand to join a NEW BUILD 90M+ private yacht. The ideal candidate will be mature, forward-thinking, and positive energy.
You’ll work closely with the Bosun andsupport daily deck operations, tender driving, maintenance, and guest interactions. You must be competent driving large tenders, including a 12m 9m tenders and assist in operating 2 x rescue boats.This role is perfect for someone with 2–3 years’ yachting experience who is now looking to take on more responsibility and leadership within a high-performing deck team. This is a world cruising programme.
