Summary
A qualified, experienced, and expert-level contract Head Chef is required for a private 100-meter+ motor yacht based in the UAE but currently in the Mediterranean Sea. The ideal candidate should show a significant amount of experience onboard yachts, with Michelin Star experience an advantage. You should have a CV that shows that you will bring expert-level skills and leadership to the galley team as well as a diverse range of culinary skills to cater for any guest and owner requirement. Candidates should be competent and confident to step into an existing team and hit the ground running, meet the highest level of service, food and owner expectations.

Job Specification
- Valid STCW '10 Certificates
- Valid ENG1 Medical with no restriction
- Proficiency in Designated Security Duties (PDSD)
- Food Hygiene Level 2 or 3 is required
- Minimum 3 Years in similar role and rank as Head Chef on yacht or cruise ship
- Michelin Star experience and qualifications are significant advantage
- Good health and good sobriety
- Must speak fluent English
- Must have good written references and contact details must be provided
- Must be vaccinated for COVID-19
- Preferably no visible tattoos and no smokers
- Must have EU Passport, the right to work in the EU, or Schengen Visa
