Summary
A qualified, experienced, and hard working contract Pastry Chef is required for a private 100-meter+ motor yacht based in the UAE but currently in the Mediterranean Sea. The ideal candiiate should show a significant amount of experience onboard yachts, with Michelin Star experience an advantage. You should have a CV that shows that you will bring a diverse range of pastry skills as well as a diverse range of culinary skills to assist however required within the galley team. Candidates should be competent and confident to step into an existing team and hit the ground running, meeting the highest level of service, food, and owner expectations.

Job Specification
- Valid STCW '10 Certificates
- Valid ENG1 Medical with no restriction
- Proficiency in Designated Security Duties (PDSD)
- Food Hygiene Level 2 or 3 is required
- Minimum 3 Years in similar role and rank as Pastry Chef on yacht or cruise ship
- Michelin Star experience and qualifications are significant advantage
- Good health and good sobriety
- Must speak fluent English
- Must have good written references and contact details must be provided
- Must be vaccinated for COVID-19
- Preferably no visible tattoos and no smokers
- Must have EU Passport, the right to work in the EU, or Schengen Visa
