HMG is seeking an exceptional Chef for a 55m motor yacht.
Captain is looking for a calm and capable Chef who can execute a broad range of cuisines. Organised and reliable, the Captain is wanting someone with a passion for food and exploring different locations and the local ingredients on offer. Good work ethic, a cheerful and co-operative attitude and a team mentality are all traits he is looking for. Ability to direct Sous Chef and ensure high levels of service for Owners and guests.
Charter experience preferred.
Sous Chef on board, Shared Cabin, leave is at 60 days.
