Summary
We are seeking an experienced Service Stewardess to join a 90m private/charter yacht with a world cruising itinerary. This is a fantastic opportunity for a well-rounded and guest-focused individual to join a tight-knit interior team delivering exceptional service to lovely owners and guests. The right candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a positive, can-do attitude, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-end service, including fine dining, cocktail service, and themed events.
- Maintaining high standards across the interior with a sharp eye for presentation and cleanliness.
- Assisting with floral arrangements, tablescaping, and creative event planning.
- Barista duties, cigar maintenance, and managing a well-stocked interior bar.
- Supporting the Chief Stew and stepping into various interior roles as required.
- Acting as uniform stewardess (experience in this area a plus).
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar Service Stew role on similar sized yachts
- B1/B2 visa in hand
- All certificates valid for the next 12 months
- Valid passport and any required visas for the next year
- Cocktail and mixology experience
- Wine knowledge (WSET Level 1 & 2 is preferred)
- Cigar knowledge and humidor upkeep
- Barista training
- Floral arrangement and tablescaping experience
- Driver’s license
- A true team player with a great attitude and strong attention to detail
