LIVE-IN DOG SITTER/HOUSEKEEPER REQUIRED FOR HNW COUPLE IN PERTERBOROUGH
Location: Peterborough, UK
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £28,000-£33,000 per annum, negotiable
Status: Live-in
A warm and welcoming high-net-worth couple based in Peterborough are seeking a trustworthy and caring live-in Dog Sitter/Housekeeper to look after their two beloved French Bulldogs and assist with light household duties. This is a unique opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys caring for dogs and would love to become an integral, long-term part of a friendly and respectful household.
Providing daily care for two French Bulldogs, including feeding, letting them in and out, and ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the day, you will offer companionship and supervision for the dogs while the couple are at work. The couple employ a part-time cleaner so not much cleaning will be required, though the candidate will be responsible for light housekeeping duties such as general tidying and organisation, errand running and some laundry and ironing.
Working from Monday to Friday, you will ensure that the dogs are well taken care of and also provide house and pet sitting support when the couple travel to their other homes within the UK, usually for no longer than 1-2 weeks at a time. The couple are looking to appoint a lovely, down-to-earth candidate who they can welcome as part of their family, entrusting them with the care of their pets and home.
Accommodation is provided in a separate wing of the home with a private bedroom, bathroom and lounge, and the candidate is welcome to use the family’s kitchen, as well as outdoor areas, including the pool. A driving license would be beneficial but is not a requirement.
