MUST be a professional, willing to work hard and learn quickly. An organizer, happy disposition. Self motivated.
Min of 3 years of experience with good understanding of housekeeping, laundry and service.
Kind, friendly and no drama person, who can also be happy and ready to step into a CS role when she is on a leave. Good leader, who can train and lead junior stewardesses. Knowledge of wine/cocktail service and inventories.
Verifiable first class references. Good longevity. Strong in service, easygoing personality.
Ideally no tattoos, can be covered or small and discrete, non- offensive.
Interior of 3- Chief stew, 2nd stew and 3rd stew
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent hospitality service to meet and ideally exceed owners & guest expectations
under the direction of the Chief Stewardess.
Setting up tables and assisting in the creative planning and quality service of all guest meals
Detailed cleaning of interior, polishing of glassware, cutlery, silverware etc.
Assisting with physical product management and inventories, provisioning, writing and updating checklists,
and all other applicable tasks within interior Table service (drinks and dishes)
Perform administrative tasks as directed by the Chief Stewardess
Laundry, ironing, and other wardrobe maintenance tasks as per Chief Stewardess
Watchkeeping in accordance with the list of responsibilities in the crew mess
Safety Duties as per Muster List.
Salary range: Within yachting salary guidelines, All year round position with 38 days leave per year
Package: Complies with MLC2006 guidelines. To be finalized during hiring process.
