Mate – 120ft Private FF M/Y (South Florida-Based)
Seeking an experienced and professional Mate to join their well-established South Florida-based program. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vessel with excellent crew longevity and caring, long-term owners who value a high standard of care and seamanship.
Must be able to confidently manage the deck and assist with navigation and operations. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, be confident in handling a 40ft tender, and work well within a tight-knit team. Strong leadership and communication skills, along with a hands-on approach, are essential.
Candidate Requirements:
Valid license required: Minimum 100-Ton USCG or Yachtmaster Offshore
Confident operating and maintaining a 40ft tender
Solid deck experience including line handling, washdowns, maintenance, and navigation
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of leading by example
Absolutely no smoking or vaping onboard or ashore – non-negotiable
Must be currently located in or near Fort Lauderdale – local candidates will be given priority
