Seeking a polished and team-oriented Chief Stewardess for a local South Florida program with long-standing crew and caring, respectful owners who value consistency and attention to detail. Runs with two on the interior.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and a true team player who can work seamlessly with the crew to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You will manage all aspects of the interior, including service, housekeeping, and guest interaction with the support of a 2nd Stew.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as Chief Stew
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and guest service
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Must be currently located in the Fort Lauderdale area – local candidates will be prioritized
- Absolutely no smoking or vaping onboard or ashore – non-negotiable
- Discreet, professional, and takes pride in maintaining a high standard
