Chef – 45m Private FF M/Y (Worldwide Itinerary – Fishing & Diving Program)
A 45m private motor yacht is seeking an experienced and professional Chef to join their active, world-traveling program.
The vessel hosts up to 12 guests (typically 6) and runs with 7–8 crew. The Chef will be responsible for delivering healthy, high-quality cuisine for both guests and crew. Strong BBQ skills are essential, as the program includes fresh-caught seafood and outdoor dining. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and confident provisioning in remote locations. Must be comfortable in varied sea conditions – no tendency toward seasickness.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a sole Chef on similar-sized vessels
- High-level guest cuisine and well-balanced crew meals
- Strong provisioning and galley management skills
- Positive attitude, clean, and professional
- Non-smoker
