Summary
Location: Dual Season – Med / Caribbean
Start Date: End July 2025
Contract: 2:2 Rotation (Full-time, Permanent)
We are seeking an experienced and confident First Officer to join a well-run 80m private motor yacht operating a dual-season itinerary. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent navigational, safety, and deck management skills, ready to take on a hands-on role with a proactive, can-do attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the deck team and overseeing day-to-day deck operations
- Passage planning and navigational watchkeeping
- ISM, SMS, and safety drills compliance and management
- Overseeing deck maintenance programs and yard period planning
- Bridge management and supporting the Captain with vessel operations
- Driving large tenders and supporting guest activities when required
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience as First Officer on 60m+ yachts
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Highly competent with ISM, navigational planning, and bridge systems
- Strong proven maintenance and deck operations background
- STCW, ENG1, valid passport, and all relevant up-to-date certifications
- Excellent command of English
Package:
- Salary: €6,000/month
