Contract: Full-time, Permanent
We are looking for a motivated and capable 2nd Officer to join an 80m private motor yacht with a worldwide cruising itinerary. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, experienced deck team on a prestigious vessel run to high standards.
Responsibilities:
- Bridge watchkeeping duties under the supervision of the Chief Officer
- Passage planning and navigation support
- ISM and safety compliance (experience with paperwork preferred)
- Management of deck maintenance schedules and overseeing deck crew operations
- Tender driving and guest water sports support
- Supporting bridge administration and safety drills
Candidate Requirements:
- OOW 3000 GT (minimum)
- Previous experience in a similar role on 60m+ vessels
- Strong navigational and shiphandling knowledge
- Hands-on and proactive with solid deck maintenance skills
- Professional, team-oriented, and able to lead when needed
- Fluent English; excellent communication skills
- STCW, ENG1, valid passport, and all relevant certification up to date
Package:
- Salary: €4,500/month
- 60 days paid leave per year
