Location: Mediterranean (Summer) / Caribbean (Winter)

Contract: Full-time, Permanent
We are looking for a professional, detail-oriented Stewardess to join the interior team of an 80m private motor yacht. The vessel is run to high standards with a positive, well-established crew culture and a focus on delivering discreet, high-end service to a private family.
Responsibilities:
- Rotational duties across housekeeping, laundry, and guest service
- Consistently maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Assisting with guest preparation, turnarounds, and service setups
- Supporting the Chief Stewardess and Second Stewardesses in daily operations
- Delivering calm, attentive service with a proactive approach
Candidate Requirements:
- At least 2 years’ experience on 50m+ motor yachts
- Confident in both housekeeping and service
- Well-presented, professional, and team-oriented
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- STCW, ENG1, Food & Hygiene Level 2
