Position: Chief Stewardess
Location: Mediterranean (Summer) / Caribbean (Winter)

Contract: Full-time, Permanent
We are seeking an experienced, polished, and dynamic Chief Stewardess to join a prestigious 80m private motor yacht. The vessel operates on a dual-season itinerary and maintains high standards of service and discretion, catering to an ultra-high-net-worth family.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing an interior team of 8 (including 2 Second Stews and 6 Junior Stews)
- Maintaining impeccable interior standards across housekeeping, laundry, and service
- Liaising closely with the Captain and Heads of Departments to ensure smooth guest operations
- Overseeing provisioning, inventories, and budgeting for the interior department
- Training, mentoring, and scheduling the interior team
- Delivering refined and intuitive service with a strong eye for detail
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Chief Stewardess or 2nd stepping up on a 70m+ vessel
- Strong leadership, management, and organisational skills
- Background in high-end hospitality or luxury service
- Confident in silver service, wine knowledge, and event planning
- Excellent communication, discretion, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English; additional languages a plus
- STCW, ENG1, Food & Hygiene Level 2
Package:
- €7,000.00 PCM increasing after probation period
- Full time position 60 days holiday (additional depending on itinerary)
