Summary
Reiya Group is in the market for a Deckhand/Dive Master to join an 80m+ private/charter yacht with a dual season itinerary.
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified dive professional with solid deck experience to step into a hybrid role on a prestigious vessel known for adventure-driven programs and exceptional guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
- General deck maintenance, washdowns, and detailing
- Assisting with mooring, anchoring, and tender operations
- Supporting guest activities including water sports and beach setups
- Planning and leading guest and crew dive excursions
- Maintaining dive gear and ensuring safety protocols are met
- Managing dive logs and liaising with the bridge team for dive planning
- Assisting with launch and retrieval of tenders and toys
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience on 60m+ yachts
- Qualified Dive Master (PADI or equivalent) with active status
- Proven experience leading dive excursions for guests in varied conditions
- Strong tender driving skills
- Confident in deck operations and safety procedures
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a calm, guest-focused approach
- Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to assist across departments
