Summary
Reiya Group is in the market for a Sole Engineer to join a 30m+ private support vessel currently based in Spain.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a full-time role on a unique vessel that’s part of a larger fleet. The position offers hands-on experience, exposure across departments, and strong potential for growth within a dynamic and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all engineering operations and maintenance onboard
- Managing planned and preventative maintenance systems
- Operating and maintaining CAT 32 engines and onboard systems
- Assisting with crane and tender launching operations
- Supporting other departments as needed in a team-focused environment
- Upholding safety, environmental, and operational standards
Requirements:
- Y4 CoC (preferred) or AEC 2 with strong relevant experience on 30m+ vessels
- CAT 32 engine knowledge essential
- Crane and tender launching experience highly advantageous
- Hands-on, flexible, and proactive approach
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Additional Details:
- Leave: 3.5 days per month + public holidays
- 13th-month performance-based bonus
- Probation: 60 days
