Requirements:

IDEALLY: ECDIS Transas type approved and Jet ski instructor

Someone with 2 + years' experience onboard same size vessels is a must. 

The position has the title “Bosun" as the yacht requires duties that are above Deckhand level i.e. able to maintain a bridge navigational watch, assisting the 1st Officer with mini ISM and large tender driving.

- Tender driving experience 

- Good with all water sports

- Some good strength to assist with toys, inflatable pool set up, etc.

- STCW + refresher

- ENG1 or current fit for duty marine medical (valid for 6 months)

- High standard 

- Well-spoken and clear communications

- Well-presented - physically fit for duty

- Happy and positive personality

 Preferences:

- nonsmoker

- No heavy drinker/party candidates - ideally sporty and enjoys working out/staying fit.

- Multiple languages a plus (Spanish, French...) 

VISA: Schengen if needed for Europe. Valid passport (min. 1 year). Ideally: B1/B2 visa (min. 1 year)

Private and developing a new charter program

Salary range: Within yachting salary guidelines. 

Package: To be finalized during interview process. Standard SEA, annual review, 13 month bonuses with longevity. Tips from charters are split.
