2:2 Head of Housekeeping role on an exquisite 100m+ Privately used Motor Yacht. She is an impeccably maintained vessel, with an incredible crew from the top down. A hard-working team, who are stepping into a busy season ahead.
Female candidates only due to the cabin share situation. MUST have Head of House experience on a 70m+ yacht, and experience on even larger yachts is preferred. Must be confident in all areas of the role. Someone who has fantastic references illustrating that she understands what it takes to turn around a yacht of this size, ready for guest usage. An excellent communicator who can prepare, and set work-lists, and keep a working rota / schedule for the team (ensuring required hours of rest are complied with). Exceptional proven knowledge in caring for and maintaining all aspects of a luxury yacht interior. Someone who is good in administration, but equally at ease with getting stuck in and detailing with the team. A hard-working, good humoured team leader with infectious good energy. Fantastic people, and time management skills are required.
Seasons can be long (hence the time for time rotation), so please do not apply if you like the sound of a quiet yacht with little usage. This is not that role! Someone fit and active who will keep pace wearing a genuine smile.
