Burgess Recruitment is looking for a Purser for a 100m+ Private Yacht
Start Date: To be confirmed.
Salary: DOE (Dependent on Experience).
Leave: 2:2 rotation.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience as a Purser on large yachts (100m+).
- Relevant Purser certifications and experience on yachts of similar size.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English.
Other:
- Duties Include:
- Overseeing all administrative functions onboard.
- Managing budgets, accounts, and inventory systems.
- Handling crew documentation, contracts, and payroll.
- Coordinating with the family and crew to ensure smooth operations.
- Managing guest itineraries, customs, and port clearances.
- Collaborating closely with department heads to maintain operational efficiency.
