Summary
Burgess recruitment is currently seeking an AVIT for a 75m+ New Build yacht
This is a unique opportunity to join the final stages of a state-of-the-art vessel's build and work alongside a great crew in a 2:2 rotation role.
The role is predominantly AV/IT but candidates with an ETO CoC that are highly competent with IT and AV will be welcomed.
Required experience
Previous electric/electronic or AVIT industry experience.
Knowledge of Navigational, Communication, AV/IT Systems
Knowledge of Electrical Power Generation and Distribution Systems
Preferred Qualifications (Not Essential)
MCA ETO Certificate of Competency (CoC).
Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
Additional specialized training courses related to the role.
Start date: mid-June
Location: Netherlands
Salary: DOE
Leave: 42 days annual + bank holidays during the build, then 2:2 rotation once vessel is delivered
Vessel Program and itinerary: Delivery July 2025 with private operations – Med cruising initially.
