Operational Manager
Salary : EUR 6000 to EUR 8000 Per Month
Operational Managers are very effective planners and strategists. The key responsibilities involve overseeing the operational capability of the fleet, reviewing any planned maintenance and/ or refits. Relationship skills are crucial as all projects undertaken involve working with various departments that include sales, charter, IT and builders. Travelling overseas is common in this role due to having to visit the marina and review the yachts first hand. Individuals in this role fully support the Captain and Yacht manager to ensure smooth operations of the yacht.
Qualifications, training and skills required
- Degree in Management
- Experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of the marine industry
- Leadership skills
