Bosun – Chase boat Skipper
We are looking for an experienced and confident Bosun-Chase boat driver with a Yachtmaster certificate to join our well-established, top-end charter crew.
English as a first language is required.
The ideal candidate will be an honest, solid, no-nonsense person with a good sense of humor, and will have:
• Strong maintenance skills and a hands-on work ethic
• Solid seamanship and watchkeeping ability ,
• Water-sports skills and strong swimming ability
• Experience on similar-sized vessels and familiarity with shipyard periods
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach
• Strong, large tender handling experience
We are a very busy, high-end charter vessel with repeat clients and regular private use. Most of the crew have been onboard for 3+ years and maintain a consistently high standard.
After the season, the program will transition to a new build vessel over 500 GT, offering strong long-term prospects.
