Unique land based position available. A new high-end private residential club in Puerto Rico is seeking a hands-on Marine & Outdoor Programs Manager to lead and help build its growing marine department. The ideal candidate will hold a valid U.S. captain’s license and have experience operating vessels 40’+, with a strong background in both offshore and inshore fishing and guest-facing charter-style operations. Responsibilities include running boats daily, leading fishing excursions, operating tenders, towing watersports, managing dock operations, and helping develop marine programming for members. Kiteboarding or high-level watersports experience is also a plus. Salary DOE. MUST HOLD US PASSPORT.
