The Candidate Specification
We are looking for a Deckhand to join a 90m+ private and charter yacht. The ideal candidate will have around one year of experience and solid hands-on deck skills. This role would suit someone who is confident in carrying out tasks and following direction from senior crew, rather than taking on leadership responsibilities at this stage.
You will be joining the yacht just ahead of a busy boss trip followed by charters, so the team is looking for someone who can step in quickly and support the deck operations from day one.
The successful candidate will be reliable, hardworking, and enthusiastic, with a strong team mindset and a proactive attitude towards daily deck duties. A positive work ethic and willingness to learn will be key to succeeding in this role.
