We are looking for a dedicated Executive Chef to lead the culinary operations aboard a 49m motor yacht based in Spain, with a worldwide cruising itinerary. The successful candidate will be responsible for menu development, inventory management, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and service for both the owner and crew. This role will involve supervising a sous chef and requires a strong culinary background with extensive experience in high-end kitchens. The ideal applicant should be adept at catering to various dietary preferences and maintaining an organized galley. Candidates must be non-smokers with no visible tattoos and possess a B1B2 visa for travel to the United States. This position is best suited for individuals with minimal family commitments, allowing flexibility for the yacht’s sailing schedule. Salary will be commensurate with experience and age.
